Leica has just revealed the ‘Leica C’, an all-new compact camera. Whilst they say it’s a new camera, what we essentially have here is a Panasonic Lumix LF1 that’s been given a new shell. It is a very pretty shell though.
The Leica C has a 12.8-megapixel sensor, 28-200mm (35mm equivalent) f/2–5.9 lens, integrated Wi-Fi and NFC (so you can transfer images to your tablet or smartphone), 200,000-dot EVF, RAW format recording, 7x optical zoom, Full HD video, it will come in two colour options (shown in the image below).
The Leica C will be available this month and also ships with Adobe Lightroom, you can get more information via the official Leica website.
